Overly Detailed and Complex Character Design (per character) is an additional +$10 fee.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Every commissioned piece will have the artist's signature somewhere on the artwork. If the client request for there to be no signature on the image, they understand that they are buying full-custody rights to the piece, and the prices will be different than the base prices listed.
The client is free to post the picture online or use an icon for personal accounts with proper credit given. (Accounts that aren't monetized (ex. making money)). The Client is able to make personal prints, stickers, or anything that appropriately falls under personal use.
Do Not Use Artwork for Commercial use/ Market use/ Profitable Content Creations or to redistribute for profit. Please message me on more clarification if needed.
Client MUST NOT claim the art as their own work, or make money from the artist's work. This applies to making of NTFs, use in AI Art Generators, YouTube thumbnails/Banners (anything of that sort) or altering the Artist's work and claiming the altered piece as their own work.
There will be no refunds issued back once any payment is sent.
If the the artist decides to cancel the commission due to any reason, only then will the artist refund the client.
The artist may post the commissioned piece on their own social media accounts, but will ask the client before doing so.
By commissioning me, you the client agree to all the following:
No refunds are possible once any portion of the payment is sent.
All artwork must be used for personal/non-commercial use only.
The client will NOT produce anything for marketing or use the image for commercial use.
When posting the commissioned piece online where the public can see, proper credit is given towards the artist.
The Clients can not claim the artwork as their own artwork.
The artist holds all rights to the completed piece, but the client holds all rights to their respected characters in the piece.
Lastly, the artist doesn't not consent in away for any of their artwork to be used/ fed into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generators. If there is a chance that this does happen, the client has given the artist complete ownership to the original piece and the artist may use it however they please.This will be change with the developments of AI generators.

Clear and detailed references are needed for most commissions to keep the base prices listed previously. Overly detailed characters will include a Complicated Design Fee if it's a Half-body/Full-Body commission.I am able to work with collage/text references for characters, but will include a Character Design fee on top of the base price.This will be fully discussed through Messages.Character Designing Fee: $20 USD (Additional to Base Price)

FAQ:

First half of payment will be paid as soon as the Rough Sketch WIP is sent.
The remaining portion of payment will be sent after the Final Watermarked update is sent.
If the client fails to send a payment, by default the client agrees to cancel commission and the artist is allowed to stop work on the piece.
Once a payment is sent, that portion will not be refunded.
ALL payment transitions must be completed before the artist will send the completed unwatermarked PNG file.
Art Corrections and Art Process:
Flat Color and Cel Shading orders will have 3 corrections allowed, and 2 updates on the piece: a Rough Sketch update and the Base Color update.
Full Render Orders will have 4 corrections allowed, and the client will have multiple periodic updates during these updates: Rough Sketch update, Base Color update, and the Final Watermarked update.
During these updates, the client is able to make any necessary corrections.
If there is a major revision/ correction at the final update mark (for Full Color orders) such that the artist is back to the the beginning of the art process, the client understand there will be a 50% fee of the original base price, *on top * of the already agreed price
Any additional minor revisions needed will be an extra $5 USD charge.All images sent during any update will have a watermark on them, that WILL NOT BE REMOVED.
Turn around time on average is 1-3 weeks, but it all depends on where they client is in the queue.
Client is more than welcomed message the artist to know how many people are ahead of them and what their estimated wait-time is before their commission will be started.
Art Corrections and Art Process:
The Canvas size will max out at 2500px (300 dpi) by default, using a PNG file (.png) There will be 2 finished pieces, one with transparency and one without.
The final image file will be sent by a Google Drive link or through email.
For the periodic updates (WIPs), those image will be 1000px and given to you during the art process, these images will have several watermarks throughout and will not be removed. These files are sent either by email, or any social media platform that's preferred by both the artist and the client.
